Ingredients
100gbuttersoftened
240gconfectioners' sugar
1tbspheavy cream or milk
1tspvanilla extract
Instructions
Beat the butter on medium speed until creamy.
Add sifted confectioners’ sugar, vanilla extract, and heavy cream. Beat on low speed for 30 seconds, then increase to medium-high speed and beat until well combined and smooth.
Notes
Add 3 tbsp more confectioners’ sugar if the frosting is too thin or another tablespoon of milk if the frosting is too thick.
